Teen Health Center Partners
We are part of a network of caring professionals that make a real difference in the quality of life for children across Galveston County. Working together with educators, law enforcement, social services and other professionals our goal is to help our children get healthy and stay healthy–so they achieve their full potential in and out of school. We serve children from birth to 21 years of age and offer a wide breadth of services including:
- Primary medical care for illness and minor injuries.
- Immunizations, well child checkups and sport physicals.
- Diagnosis, counseling, and treatment of learning difficulties or behavioral issues.
- In clinic mental health diagnosis and counseling.
- Access to specialist psychiatric help via ‘telepsychiatry’.
- Substance abuse counseling, education and support services.
- Healthy living educational materials and programs.
