What to Expect

The Teen Health Center offers medical care [link to page], mental health counseling [link to page], and medication management support [link to page] for children aged 0 – 21 years of age.  All of our services are provided in either school or juvenile justice locations [link to locations page], enabling us to coordinate care for patients that have a need and may also have difficulty getting transportation to see a doctor.

We work in cooperation with parents, guardians, extended families, school staff (including principals, counselors, teachers, truancy officers), therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, support staff, probation officers, courts and medical staff for the betterment of our clients.  While we value a cooperative model, your family information is confidential and we will always ask for your written permission before disclosing any information to any of our partners.  You can expect to be included in all decisions regarding your child's services or treatment.

Questions about our services and the paperwork required for service eligibility can be directed to our central clinic at Ball High School which is staffed 8-4 Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays:

For Mental Health questions contact: 409.766.5713

For Medical Services questions contact: 409.766.5750

Questions can also be directed to staff at one of our other locations.
