Case Management
Case management services are available for all patients enrolled in our Telepsychiatry Program that are actively seeing a doctor for medication.
Case managers assist our patients and their families with:
- Referrals to other programs or services
- Insurance enrollment and paperwork processing
- Medical health services
Our case managers follow patients throughout their treatment. They proactively make recommendations on behalf of the family to the doctor, school representatives, and other agencies to help the family meet the educational and emotional needs of the child in care.
